The only thing that irritates me is the bullet points on the Twitter bit in the top right - they should be aligned with the start of each sentence, not the middle line - it's quite confusing at first glance. Otherwise, yes, very professional-looking, I like it!
Oh yes, they are quite annoying. I'm inclined to take them out completely.
Also the template didn't have any formatting at all for bullet points in actual blog posts (as in they didn't display) - fixed that, but it did seem bizarre.
